1. Who we are

Lilla Forskaren is made by Etalia.ai Tech Solutions AB (org. nr 559495-4959), Häreslattsvägen 8, 442 66 Marstrand, Sweden. You can reach us at hello@lillaforskaren.me. These terms apply when you play the game or buy Premium or hint packs.

2. Playing for free

Anyone can play the free version, with a limited number of mixes and hints and no account. Children are welcome to play. A parent or guardian is responsible for a child's use of the game.

3. Accounts and Premium

You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy anything. Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription that gives unlimited mixing and 10 hints each calendar month (unused monthly hints don't carry over). Subscribers can also buy hint packs. Keep access to your email address, because that is how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time with "Delete account" at the bottom of the game. If you have Premium, it then ends straight away.

4. Price, renewal and cancelling

The price is shown before you pay and includes VAT. Premium renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and we charge your card until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under "Manage subscription". Premium then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again. Hint packs are one-time purchases. Payments are handled by Stripe. If we change the price, we will email you before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

5. Changing your mind (14 days)

If you live in the EU or EEA, you can withdraw from Premium within 14 days of your first payment. Email hello@lillaforskaren.me within those 14 days and we will refund the full amount within 14 days of hearing from you.

Hint packs are delivered straight away. When you buy one, you ask us to deliver the hints immediately and accept that you lose the right to withdraw once they are added to your account.

Apart from this, paid periods are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.

6. Hints written with AI

Some hints are written with the help of an AI service. A hint can now and then be odd or wrong. AI hints are made only from game items and never include anything about you.

7. Fair use

Please use the game for personal, non-commercial play. Don't copy or scrape the game's content, try to get around limits or payments, reverse engineer the game, or exploit bugs. We may close an account that breaks these rules.

8. Our content

All game content, including the graphics, sounds, texts, items and combinations, belongs to Etalia.ai Tech Solutions AB and is protected by copyright.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the game running and your progress safe, but we can't promise the game will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee or prevent. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. If a change matters to subscribers, we will email you before it applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will try to sort it out. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's consumer laws.
